Headquarters Manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous MGMT experience w/young, part-time staff
  • Ability to supervise
  • Ability to work nights/weekends
  • Ability to enforce rules and policies
  • Ability to handle money
  • Previous scheduling experience
  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Outgoing, friendly personality
  • Experience with children and/or children parties is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manager on duty
  • Opening/closing the facility
  • Hire, train, and evaluate the staff under direction of general manager
  • Oversee all party and event bookings
  • Oversee all walk-in guests
  • Be able to perform all tasks of HQ staff
  • Cash deposits
  • Inventory management
  • Shopping for the facility

Full Time Position, 32-40 hours/week

Headquarters Party Host

Headquarters is the first appearance of guest arrival. Dart Warz is all about the EXPERIENCE, so our HQ staff needs to have a friendly and welcoming demeanor to all of our guests.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years and older
  • Available weeknights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to interact with guests
  • Ability to perform excellent guest experience
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and loud environment
  • Ability to handle money

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests
  • Provide information
  • Handle and enforce waiver
  • Cash handling
  • Time management
  • Enter data into computer
  • Cleaning facility
  • Perform other guest relation tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Host parties
  • Organize lists

Referee

The referees have one of the most important jobs at Dart Warz. Their primary duty is guest experience by enforcing our mission statement: Promote honesty, teamwork, and sportsmanship while having fun!

Qualifications:

  • Must be 15 years and older
  • Available 2 days of the weekend
  • Ability to perform excellent guest experience
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Must be able to interact with guests
  • Strong and loud voice
  • Ability to speak in front of groups
  • Ability to perform rules
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hour

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain game control
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in an emergency
  • Communicate game rules clearly
  • Call dishonesty out on field with a positive appearance/attitude
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Organize chaos
  • Assist with opening/closing facility
